CLASS ENROLLMENT FEE IS $115.00 (for most classes)or
$100.00 each if enrolling in the puppy buddy or Canine Colleague plan.
$80.00 if enrolling in the Kinder Pup class.

Full Circle Obedience School Classes are filled on a “first come, first served” basis so please return the application quickly to ensure your place in the class. The class enrollment fee is non refundable after class has started. A transfer is available to the next available Puppy or Basic Obedience and Home Manners classes. One transfer per student of the session. We accept cash, checks or you may pay through Pay Pal.

WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS

I understand that attendance of a dog obedience training class is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I (we)will be exposed may be difficult to control and maybe the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care.

I hereby waive and release Full Circle Obedience School, its employees, volunteers, owners and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but not without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury while attending any training session or other function of the School, or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto.

In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership in this obedience training class, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless this School, its employees, owners and agents from any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to any training or function of the School or while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own. I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, damage or injury, be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the of the of the of any other person, or by any other cause or causes.
